The Comfiest Olive Dress

Image
Similar Dress | Similar Booties | Hat | Watch Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well, and if you're back in class like I am... I hope you're surviving. I don't know about anyone else, but I have been drowning in homework. For some reason this semester all of my professors are trying to make life as miserable as possible, and let me tell you, they are succeeding! Okay, most depressing semester ever aside, I found myself with a little extra time this week. A friend and I went on a little shopping spree, and I found this dress! I usually would not wear something like this, but after trying it on, I just had to get it.  I have really been loving the choker trend lately, but I haven't really found any chokers that I like. So, when I saw this dress and the choker neckline it has going on, I decided to give it a try. I am SO glad I did, because this is my new favorite dress! For starters, it is the comfiest dress I have...

Transitional Wear: Summer to Fall

Image
Top (old) Similar | Similar Scarf | Denim: KanCan | Booties: Indigo Rd . | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Headband: Buckle | Earrings: Forever21 | Watch: Kate Spade GUYS. This is my absolute all time favorite 'too hot for fall clothes but I really want to wear fall clothes' look! LOL! I absolutely love this scarf because it's so lightweight and not too hot! I also really love the colors. I found my top last year at Marshall's and I fell in love with the color and the lace detailing on the back.  I think my headband and my pearls make this look so cute and feminine! I love the pop of bling from the headband. My booties are from two years ago, but they are still available in a darker color. They are really comfortable and pretty much go with everything. I love the fringe detailing on them. Also, I think i've found my favorite fall nail color - oxblood. It is one of my all time favorite colors and just perfect for fall! Crushing on: Light...

Cold Shoulder Top: Fall Edition

CS Top: Romwe  (M) | Denim: KanCan | Fringe Booties: Wet Seal ( Similar ) | Hat: Steve Madden | Tote: Tory Burch | Similar Necklace | Lips: MAC  (Velvet Teddy) | Nails: Gelish (Rendezvous) As fall approaches, I find myself getting ridiculously excited about all the outfits I'm going to be able to put together. This outfit was one of many I could throw together with this GORGEOUS cold shoulder top Romwe sent to me! Seriously, the possibilities are endless when it comes to the cute ways to wear this super comfy top. The material is the best; it's this cozy fuzzy material that I just love. Not to mention this top is only $11!!! I would rather this be oversized than too tight so I sized up to a medium, but I feel like I definitely could have done a small. Y'all, if you've never heard of Romwe , you need to head over to their site and check out all of the amazing (and crazy affordable) clothing they sell. When I received this top in the mail, I ...

Lattes & Lipstick Tee | Similar Paid Shirt | Destroyed Denim | Similar Sandals   Lip Color  |  Necklace | Ring | Earrings ***CUTE BACK TO CAMPUS OUTFIT ALERT*** Eeek... Ignore my horrible roots y'all! I have a hair appointment soon LOL. I was out shopping and I found this adorable top and this adorable plaid button down and I just could not resist.  They look SO cute together! If you are looking for a cute back to campus look, then look no further because ding, ding, ding we have a winner! Okay but really, I love this look because there is just so many ways to put it together. You could do different graphic tees like this one or this one, different plaids like this or this . Or even just a simple plain tee with a long necklace (I love this one!) instead of the graphic tee. Really, the possibilities (and cute outfits) are endless. I also think this look would be super cute with Converse or Birks . But I...

A Fashionista's Backpack Essentials

Image
As we get closer and closer and closer to the start of school, I find myself trying to find super cute school supplies. I mean, if you are anything like me, then your school supplies have to be as cute as your outfit... Am I right?? Yeah, I thought so! Well, that is why I have put together a list of all of my must haves for my backpack (or school bag, I use my Tory Burch York Tote as my 'backpack') 1. Backpack (duh) : This one is pretty self explanatory.  Like I mentioned, I use my TB tote . However, before I got my tote, I used a plain black North Face backpack that I lOVED. I really recommend them because they are amazing quality and come with a lifetime warranty. But, if you'd prefer something a but more fashionable, I recommend using a tote like me or a cute Michael Kors backpack like this or this . 2. Planner : This is also pretty self explanatory. But I just had to include it and tell you all where you can find some of the cutest little plan...

Dressing Room Diaries of a Fashionista

Image
As back to campus approaches... I find myself in a lot of dressing rooms. As you all probably know, I LOVE places like Marshall's and TJ Maxx. So, naturally, I find myself in these dressing rooms most often. I love trying on new clothes and finding new things. Now, the best part of shopping at these places is that everything I am about to show you (with the exception of the maroon sweater) is under $15. I know. Like I mentioned in my back to campus post , shopping at these places is the BEST way to get the most out of your money. Now, without further ado, here are all the adorable pieces I found at Marshall's. Okay this was just SO CUTE. I love the lace, the color, the cut... Everything. I really liked the fact that the slip under the lace was cropped, but the lace was not. Just all around this is a super cute top! Wear it on it's own or under a cardi or a sweater. In case you haven't noticed, I am kind of obsessed with bell sleeves lately. Oh, and a...
